Until everyone arrives, we
socialize, share beads and have fun. Then we order dinner and
start the meeting. Alice St Germaine and Diane Kovach
our 2007 co-presidents run the meeting. Karen Barefield,
Secretary, takes notes. Marcy acts as an advisor, You can
see the backs of Adele Shepherd and Margo Knight.

Before the Meeting, the
co-presidents poll the Board for agenda items and then put together an
Agenda that we follow so that no item is missed. At the October
meeting we discussed, among other things, arrangements for the visit of
Heather Trimlett and for Bead of Courage Day; instructors for 2008;
meeting programs for October, November and December. If you are
interested in being on the Board, please nominate yourself for a
position - most of us have done that. Or if you know someone who
could make a valuable contribution, talk to them and ask if you can
