Kristy Nijenkamp demos the way to make a hollow bead.  And look at the elegant blue hollow bead which is framed in beautiful sterling silver beads that she contributed to the Christmas tree.  Click here for more photos of Kristy's demo.

Sara Hoyt (below) made a bicone and then showed us how to use silver leaf and striking orange glass to create unusual shades of blue.  If you look in the ISGB Forum archives you should be able to see photos of some of the stunning beads Sara makes using this technique.  Click here for more photos of Sara's demo.

Walter Green showed us the simple setup he uses to take Bead Photos.  In the Tips& Techniques section he describes the photo set up, what it is made of, and how it can be used.  There is also a larger photo of it

Linda Edmunds (Lily Steele Beads) demo'd how to make a Mermaid - you can see one among the photos of the beads she contributed to the Christmas tree.  Here she shows a breakdown of the steps to make the mermaid.  Click here for more photos of Linda's demo.

Two Special Guests accompany Southern Flames members.  Baby Kawakita has a mom that makes both exquisite beads and adorable babies.  Take a look at the very delicate flower bead that Mom contributed to the Christmas tree.

And check out Marie Shackleford's lovely frosted Christmas beads after you check out her snowy companion.
