Shamballa Bracelet Demo by Gerry White

At the meeting, Gerry White led us through the process of making a Shamballa Bracelet via a YouTube video she had previously recorded.  She was also available to answer questions and discuss the process.

Shamballa materials:

9 feet 1.2-1.5mm cord

3-5 beads with holes at least 1.5 mm (3/32"mandrel) - No Lentil Beads!

2 beads 6-8 mm with 1.5 mm holes

Crystal Cement Glue

Tools Needed:




Thread Burner*

Tape or Clips

* Thread Burner e.g.:   https://www.amazon.com/s?k=Beadsmith+thread+zap&i=arts-crafts&ref=nb_sb_noss_2.  Also available at Beads by Design.  A soldering iron or hot knife could also be used to melt cut cord ends.
