CHEESECAKE

        Crust 

Very important!!! Use a 10 inch spring form pan lined with crust and place foil on the oven rack.

cup butter

cup sugar

1 cup flour

tsp vanilla

1 beaten egg yolk

Mush together in the pan and spread out and up the sides to about 1 inch from the top. If too mushy add a little more flour.

Filling

Beat well after adding each type of ingredient and each part ( 1 egg,1 pack cream cheese)

2 lbs cream cheese (softened)

4 eggs @ room temperature

1 pint sour cream

cup milk

4 TBSP flour

1 cup sugar 1 TBSP pure vanilla

Press crust into pan and partly up sides. Add cheese mixture and place in preheated oven, 375 degrees. Check after 50 minutes. Usually takes about an hour. Its done when the cake is browned, not burnt. It rises but wont overflow. When done, leave the oven door cracked open at least 20 minutes. Then let cool on a rack for 2 hours. Refrigerate at least 12 hours before serving.

  Only serve this to your dearest friends or any potential new friends that you really want to capture and keep beholding for all times. Love, Lorrie
