The ISGB supports everyone's desire to learn more, and to be inspired by glass and glass art.  Membership in the ISGB offers rewards not only in opportunities to learn, but also to develop wonderful lifelong friendships. We need your help to help us grow and allow us more opportunities to share and inspire locally and globally.

  • For each NEW member YOU sign up you will receive $20 off your renewal. If you bring 3 new members you will receive a FREE year membership. (a $65 dollar value)

How it Works

  • The ISGB member will be asked to email  membership@isgb.org with the name and email address of a New Member 
  • The Director of Membership will email a one-use discount code to the Brand New Member and will ask that they email back once they have joined and opened their account.
  • Once the Brand New Member has been confirmed, The Director of Membership will email a one-use discount code to the ISGB member to use the next time they renew.
  • Current ISGB Members can add up to 3 new members to their coupon code over the duration of the drive for a $65 dollar total value.  

The Fine Print: 

  • Maximum referrals per member of 3 new members to receive a Free Year ($65 dollar Value) 
  • A one use coupon code for renewals will be issued upon referral and updated to reflect each new member. 
  • New members can sign up anytime during the promotion and are not eligible to receive renewal coupons.
  • Existing members can use their one use coupon code at any time throughout the membership drive for the value at the time of use.
  • Renewel Coupon codes will expire one week from members renewal date. 
  • New membership coupon codes will expire on August, 31, 2020 
  • A membership that lapses while the promotion is in effect is not eligible.
  • Promotion runs June 8 - August 31, 2020

ISGB also hosts challenges every month with a new topic.  If you enter a photo of your bead you can win real prizes.  A couple months ago, Stephanie’s name was drawn and she won a $100.00 gift certificate from ABR Imagery. A photo of her contribution is displayed on the Announcements page dated 03/05.  Stephanie used her gift to add some new tools to her collection.

The ISGB board has also discussed chapter contests. Having a 1-2-3rd place each month with prizes and a big prized at the end of the year.

There also is a map on the ISGB website showing all the chapters, so members can connect with other chapters while traveling in the US.  

  

Scholarships:

All scholarships awarded for this years' Gathering will be rolled over to next year in conjunction with Glass Craft. Las Vegas will still be the destination when meetings resume.

New Scholarship has been offered by Alex Cheng. This needs to be confirmed on the website, however it provides 4 years of scholarships at $2500.00 per year for glass bead makers to experience their glass journey. You need to be a member for 2 years to be eligible. So join now for 2 opportunities.

Online Auction:

There may be an online auction in October. More info should be forthcoming in the newsletter and on the ISGB website.
